Nice perspective, however I wanna point a few things out.
I would recommend not having the "eyes in front of hair" thing, even if it's just "outlines." You can use the color picker tool (or whichever similar tool you can use. Having eyes in front of the hair, that needs to go.
Shading seems rather too plain as well because if you look at past the collar, the shading just goes straight down and the hair could use some more shading spots too. Also, lighting on the hair is more than just white lines so if you could try some blurring of those white lines or even better you could actually try color lighting (like using a more yellowish or gold-ish color for the hair), then that would be fine.
